Iceland Mission Trip

Welcome to our Website for Our mission trip to Iceland!

We are beyond excited to announce that WE ARE GOING BACK TO ICELAND!!!

God is moving in Iceland and after having visited and done ministry there in 2023, we realized that the story in Iceland is not done.

We will continue our work with the Pentecostal Church of Iceland by serving at their locations in Reykjavik and Kirkjulækjarkot in a variety of ministries such as street evangelism, manual labor, and TONS of relationship building!

We are honored with the opportunity to continue to serve God’s people in Iceland once again!

About the leaders!

Madison Johnson

I am a Junior studying Early Childhood Education! I would love to become a Kindergarten teacher in a public school...or wherever God calls me! I was born in Lafayette, Indiana and have lived in Florida since I was 9 years old. I am so honored to have the opportunity to lead this mission trip, and I can’t wait to see the many ways that God will move in Iceland and all around the globe!

Raúl Corrrea Vélez

I am currently a student at Southeastern University studying Psychology. I am studying to become a licensed therapist and practice my profession in the missionary field. I am originally from Medellin, Colombia. I was raised in the United States from age 9 but have gone back to visit my birth country many times. I had the immense honor to lead this trip in 2023 and I am incredibly expectant for what God will do in Iceland in 2024!

we are going back, not to repeat the story but to continue it...

While God moved in AMAZING ways in Iceland in 2023, we are expectant for 2024 to be .

The ministry and work we do will look somewhat different. Our 2023 experience has taught us which ministries and people need the most work.

We will be serving the Pentecostal Church of Iceland in two locations, Reykjavik and Kirkjulækjarkot. The plans are still in writing but the ministry will be focused in evangelizing through relationship building on the street and other urban settings. Through street ministry, we were able to reach and love multiple populations such as Icelanders, Venezuelan Asylum Seekers, foreign military personnel, and tourists! We will also be working in Kirkjulækjarkot to help in the construction of a facility in the country side where our friend, Kristjan, and his family, take care this facility that hosts an annual conference of the Pentecostal Church of Iceland.
